Locations
The Herz-Kreislauf-Praxis works for you at three interconnected locations. At all locations we map the complete non-invasive cardiology. In addition, we have our own cardiac catheter laboratory at St. Josefs Hospital in Wiesbaden. Here we can perform outpatient cardiological interventional activities. These include outpatient cardiac catheterisation examinations without and with dilatation of the coronary arteries (PCI) and implantation of vascular supports (stents) as well as the implantation of cardiac pacemakers, cardio defibrillators (ICD), cardiac resynchronisation systems (CRT pacemakers and CRT defibrillators) and the implantation of event recorders (also known as loop recorders or event recorders).
Herz-Kreislauf-Praxis Wiesbaden
The Herz-Kreislauf-Praxis at the Medicum in Wiesbaden is the largest location in the network with a connection to the St Josef Hospital and in close cooperation with specialist practices at the Medicum. We operate an ISO and DGK certified chest pain ambulance here.
Herz-Kreislauf-Praxis Taunusstein
The Herz-Kreislauf-Praxis Taunusstein was opened after moving from Bad Schwalbach on 1 July 2015. Through the cooperation and complete networking of the practice locations, comprehensive and modern examination procedures for the diagnosis and therapy of cardiovascular diseases are available.
The Herz-Kreislauf-Praxis Taunusstein is located on the premises of the Taunussteiner Specialist Medical Centre (Mühlfeld Centre). This enables us to provide interdisciplinary care for our joint patients.
In our own cardiac catheter laboratory at the St. Josefs Hospital in Wiesbaden we offer outpatient cardiac catheter examinations and balloon dilatations of the coronary arteries (PCI incl. stent implantations) and pacemaker operations.
The practice in Taunustein is also certified by the German Society for Cardiology as an outpatient ambulance for chest pain.
Herz-Kreislauf-Praxis Rheingau
The Herz-Kreislauf-Praxis Rheingau in Oestrich-Winkel was opened in April 2010.
Due to the cooperation and complete networking of the three practice locations Wiesbaden, Taunusstein and Oestrich-Winkel, all modern examination procedures for the diagnosis, prevention and therapy of cardiac diseases are available.
The Herz-Kreislauf-Praxis Rheingau has modern, computer-aided procedures for the evaluation and documentation of cardiac ultrasound findings (echocardiography, swallowing echo), vascular duplex sonographies (ultrasound of the carotid artery), ECG, event recorders, stress examinations (ergometry and stress echocardiography), pulmonary function tests, as well as pacemaker and ICD controls.
Furthermore, the practice has extended screening examinations for early detection of vascular deposits, atrial fibrillation and rare rhythm disturbances.
In addition to the entire spectrum of cardiology, the practice focuses on the detection and therapy of cardiac arrhythmias and syncope disorders. For example, rhythm, syncope, pacemaker and ICD consultations are offered.
In our own cardiac catheter laboratory at the St. Josefs Hospital in Wiesbaden, we offer outpatient cardiac catheter examinations and balloon dilatations of the coronary vessels (PCI) including stent implantations, as well as outpatient cardiac pacemaker implantations for our patients of the Rheingau.
